Where are FAR products manufactures?

FAR products are designed in Barcelona and made in local factories in Barcelona and Portugal.

What are the care instructions?

You can find the washing and care instructions in each product page and at the care label. If you have any other doubts please, contact us at run@far.run

Is there any available physical store or showroom where I can buy the collection?

Our offices have a small showroom available by appointment only. Please, send an email to run@far.run to request a visit.

How can I contact FAR?

Our chat is available 24 hours a day to answer any questions you may have. If we are offline, you can email us using the chat function and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What are the store pick-up hours?

Monday to Thursday from 9:00AM to 2:00PM

Fridays from 9:00AM to 2:00PM

What is my size?

You can use the sizing guide under the description of each product. Check our sizing guides for men and women. If you have any questions, please contact us using our live chat, completing the contact form or by sending us an email to run@far.run.

Why can't I add a product to my shopping basket? Is it out of stock?

Generally when you cannot add a product to the cart it means that the product is out of stock. You can use the "contact me" option to receive an email when the item is available again.

Do you do international deliveries?

Yes, you can check the list of countries to be delivered to on the Deliveries and Returns section of our website. If your country is not on the list, send us an email to run@far.run and we will contact you.

How can I pay?

On our FAR online store we accept payments using debit/credit cards or PayPal.
FAR takes security very seriously for online payments. Each payment is made securely. We only use secure connections, such URLs with the «https» prefix. For added security with credit card payments, we will always ask for your CVV code for each payment. Our payment department can carry out verifications before approving the transaction and for even greater protection you can contact us for more details before confirming your order.

How much does delivery cost?

You can check delivery costs on the Deliveries and Returns section of our website.

What type of taxes will apply to the shipment?

FAR RUNNING will not be responsible for paying any local sales tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination, any such costs shall be borne by the Customer. 

When returning or exchanging a product that has been subject to local sales taxes or import duties, FAR RUNNING will not be responsible for refunding or reimbursing these costs.

Has my order been sent?

You'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number link as soon as your package is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Once we receive the returned items and approve the refund, you will be reimbursed within a maximum of 10 working days using the same channel through which you made your purchase.

How can I return or exchange a product?

Customers may request exchange and/or return sending an email to run@far.run within 30 days of receiving the product. The email must include the order number, a description of the products to be exchanged and/or returned and the reason for exchange and/or return.

Do I have to pay to exchange or return my order?

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our warehouse. As a convenience, our company provides FREE shipping for the replacement item(s)

When will I be refunded?

Once we receive the returned items and approve the refund, you will be reimbursed in a maximum of 10 working days using the same channel through which you made your purchase.
