FAR RUNNING, SL may store and process users' personal data, such as name and surname and contact details. This data is collected through forms on the Website that record only data that is strictly necessary for the purpose of each form (for example, registering on the Website, contact or purchasing sections).   1. Applicable regulations:

    This information is collected according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

  2. Data controller:

    Once explicit consent has been obtained, users' personal data will be added to the FAR RUNNING, SL database and FAR RUNNING will be the data controller.

  3. Types of data and purposes of data processing:

    The data collected will depend on the form being used at the time, as different forms will require different information, while always ensuring proportionality between the data requested and the purpose of its collection.
    In general terms, the collected data will include identification details (such as name and surname) and contact details (such as postal or electronic address and telephone number). In the case of purchases, there will also be a payment gateway to manage payments. FAR RUNNING, SL does not process or keep bank details for its customers or users.  
    The purpose of data processing will depend in each case on the form being used, as described in the table at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.

  4. Access to your data by third parties: 

    Only FAR RUNNING, SL has access to the personal data that you provide through the Website. The company uses the necessary safety measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your data.
    However, FAR RUNNING, SL may use the services of external suppliers, who in order to provide this service may need to access our databases. A contract has been concluded with these suppliers to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data which we process.
    Under no circumstances will your data be provided to other companies or transferred to third parties located in countries which do not offer protection comparable with that provided by European data protection, with the exception that the user expressly authorises it or the law requires it.
    FAR RUNNING, SL will not use data for any purpose incompatible with that indicated on each form, and unless required by law or authorised by the user.

    Data will be stored for as long as the relationship with FAR RUNNING, SL lasts, unless at any time the User opposes its retention, using the methods described in previous sections.
    FAR will keep personal data duly blocked, except to make it available to Public Administrations, Judges, and Courts to respond to potential liabilities arising from the processing, but only for the purpose of determining any liability arising from processing, and only for the duration of such liability.

  6. How users may exercise their rights:
