General terms and conditions

1) Purpose and scope of application

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to regulate the relationship between FAR RUNNING, SL.(hereinafter referred to as, FAR), identified in the "Privacy Policy" and you (hereinafter referred to as the Customer), relative to all transactions carried out in the virtual store.

2) Acceptance and proof of acceptance

Products must be purchased by activating the "BUY" button that appears at the bottom of the order page. The User must express total acceptance of all the General Terms and Conditions as they are published on the FAR Website before purchasing the products, except where exceptions apply in later versions of the clauses of the General Terms and Conditions.

Once the User accepts the conditions, he is considered a FAR Customer as described in these General Terms and Conditions.Any product or service subsequently offered by FAR will require a new contract.

If the Customer wishes to read the complete Terms and Conditions, they can be printed on paper or saved as an electronic document or read on the Website.

Once the Customer expressly accepts the General Terms and Conditions, FAR will send the Customer confirmation of the purchase, with all applicable terms, via email, within 24 hours of the purchase.

FAR stores the electronic documents confirming purchases.

3) Prices, Payment method, Delivery and Cancellation

3.1 Prices

The prices for each product are indicated on the Website with the order date and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).

Offers and promotions are properly marked and identified as such, clearly indicating the previous price and the offer price.

FAR reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate to the Website at any time and without prior notice. This includes daily updating of products and services depending on the market.

The corresponding delivery charges are always indicated in the order and will be covered by the Customer, except in cases where the charges exceed those specified in the Deliveries and Returns section of the FAR website.

3.2  Payment methods

Purchases can be made using any of the payment methods specified on the Website. The available payment methods are credit or debit card (payment gateway) or PayPal.

3.3 Delivery

Orders will be sent to the address specified by the Customer, according to the following terms.

  • Spain and Portugal: 1-4 working days
  • European Community: 4-7 working days
  • Outside the European Community: 5- 10 working days


If the Customer does not receive the order within the specified period, they can contact FAR through the Contact page of the Website or by sending an email to warmup@far.run

If the Customer makes a mistake when sending their data, it can be modified by writing to warmup@far.run. If the modified data includes the postal address where the Customer has requested delivery of a purchased product, the delivery will be made to the new address, provided the product has not already been dispatched. If the delivery has been dispatched, the Customer must wait for it to arrive at its destination and then begin a returns process, with any incurred costs the responsibility of the Customer.

3.4 Exchanges and refunds 

FAR allows the Customer to exchange or request a full or partial refund of their order, provided it is requested within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of the order. Costs incurred for exchanges or refunds will be the responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer may return or exchange any item, provided the items are returned to FAR in their original condition, along with any accessories, and must not be used, washed or damaged and must have their original labels and packaging.

The Customer will inform FAR of their desire to exercise their right to terminate the contract by sending an email to the following address: warmup@far.run.

The order must be returned with the delivery note and the invoice issued by FAR where applicable, to the following address: FAR RUNNING, S.L C/Sant Pere Màrtir 14, Bajos, 08012 Barcelona.

If FAR mistakenly delivers a product different to that ordered by the Customer, the correct product will be delivered, and the first product collected at no additional charge to the Customer.

If the Customer receives a product that is broken, damaged or in poor condition, FAR will collect it from the Customer's address and replace it with another in good condition, at no extra charge.

4) Language

The language for the contract signed between FAR and the Customer is Spanish, or English for international sales.

5) FAR's responsibilities

FAR guarantees the quality of the service contracted through the Website.

FAR guarantees all rights afforded by current legislation to protect users and consumers.

Failure to comply with any of these General Terms and Conditions may give rise to the return of products or the cancellation of services acquired by the Customer.

6) Customer responsibilities

The Customer undertakes to make lawful use of the services, without contravening current legislation or infringing the rights and interests of third parties.
The Customer will guarantee the exactitude and veracity of the data provided when completing the contract forms, preventing (the causing of) damage(s) to FAR due to (any) errors in said data.
Failure to comply with any of these Conditions may lead to the withdrawal or cancellation of services by FAR with no prior notice and with no right to compensation.

7) Industrial and Intellectual Property

Intellectual and industrial property rights over works, brands and logos and any other element subject to protection contained in the FAR Website correspond exclusively to FAR or third parties who have authorised their inclusion on the Website. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercialization or transformation of said works is a violation of the intellectual and industrial property rights of FAR or the owner of the works, and may give rise to the instigation of court or out-of-court actions to protect the rights of said owners.

Likewise, the information that the Customer may access through the Website may be protected by industrial, intellectual or other property rights. FAR will not be held liable in any case or under any circumstances for the infringements of said rights that a User may commit.

8) Data protection

We hereby inform you that your personal data will be included in the FAR RUNNING SL, database, for the purpose of managing your purchase, as well as to provide you with information about our products and services if you have expressly authorised this.

You can exercise your rights of access (access to your data and the purposes for which FAR RUNNING, SL uses your data); rectification (to ask for any incorrect or incomplete data to be corrected or completed); objection (to withdraw consent for your personal data to be processed); erasure (to ask for your data to be deleted); data portability (to request a copy to transfer the data to another company); and restriction (to limit how your data is processed); revoke consent to receive commercial communications; revoke your consent for your data to be processed, without prejudice to the legitimacy of the processing carried out until consent was withdrawn; by emailing FAR RUNNING, SLa copy of your ID card or passport to run@far.run, or writing to C/Sant Pere Màrtir 14, 08012 Barcelona.

9) Jurisdiction and applicable law

A conflict of interests or any dispute arising between the parties relating to the interpretation or application of these General Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals to consider such matters as they apply to consumers, in the place where such obligation is to be carried out or the purchasing party's place of domicile.

All without prejudice to the customer's ability to attend the Customer Arbitration Board in their area.

In the event that the disagreement regards a purchase made by a company, both parties expressly submit to the Jurisdiction and Authority of the Courts of Barcelona waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may have recourse.
